I am your LMT with 15yr experince. I am a mother of 4 who faught with depression and axienty. This long battle led me to research more into massage theradpy and holistic healing . I took many classes to increase my knoweldge on herbs and essential oils. I learned their benefit for stress, depression and anxiety. I have since started making Bath Rituals ( aka bath salts) and herbal teas to help with moods, horomone inbalances and balance the Chakras. In that time I learned healthier ways to control my feelings and thoughts as well as fitness and eating to achieve better health over all.

Many people who suffer from migranes, stress, depression, as well as muscle pains enjoy Yoga, Meditation, and Aromatherpy as away to balance body, mind and spirit. Since i have found great benefit and enjoyment in these modalities, I want to share with others how to create thier own peace, happiness and balance in life. While relieving stress, gaining flexieblity, and stronger core.
